Duties

• Daily cleaning of the internal and external facilities

• Deep cleaning of the internal and external facilities

• Grounds and facility upkeep (i.e. changing filters & light bulbs, paint touch-up)

• Oversee maintenance of lawn tools, vans, motorized vehicles

• Lawn care for playground area, weeds down the fence line   

• All other duties as assigned by CEO

 

Hours

• 20 hours/week (flexibility with hours each day per approval by direct supervisor)

 

Eligibility Requirements

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)

• Ability to pass a background check

• Experience in custodial and/or maintenance preferred

 

Hourly Rate of Pay

• $13-$16/hr based on experience
